This is Emily waiting to see Elmo when we first arrived! Only she didn't know Elmo was going to be bigger than her 10" stuffed one at home!

Here she is with some friends, Madeline is the one in pink making a quick get-away! Alexandra is in the back in white.

She wouldn't let them paint her face but settled for the hand instead!

Listening to a story, kinda!

Emily and Ayden Claire doing the hokey pokey! I think A.C. was doing a mommy check in this picture!

They were all chanting "ELMO, ELMO, ELMO" and here he comes..... this is also the same time that Emily almost knocked me over running to me with her lip quivering! She said "okay I see him, now let's go home!"

I talked her into staying for snack time! She loves Doritos!

Then before we left she agreed to let me hold her for a pick as long as Elmo wouldn't touch her! Sorry for the motion, Kelley was trying to hold A.C. and take a pic also.
Anna had school so she was not able to come:( Hopefully Emily will soon grow out of her character fright, because I still don't have a picture of her in Santas lap and want one badly!
I remember our first meeting with Elmo, but Jack was thrilled with him. Cute pictures - Here's hoping Emily likes Santa this year!! She's so cute!
ReplyDeleteBailey is 8 fixing to be 9 and she is scared of things such as that. She is terrified of the Pleasant Home Eagle Mascot. Maybe she will be better than Bailey though and outgrow it soon.
ReplyDeleteYour girls are so precious. And it is not fair that you look so cute preggers! I am huge everywhere. (As a matter of fact, I can barely see my toes this very second because of the enormity of my feet!) It looks like things are going great for you guys. Do you ever come home much? It has been forever!
ReplyDeleteWow, I really bombed that photo op with Elmo for you! So sorry- we'll blame it on Ayden Claire! :)
ReplyDeleteHopefully she'll grow out of the character fright soon. Gracie has been scared up until we went to Disney this year. She was scared of Mickey and Minnie at first, but once she saw them interacting with other people, she was all about it and loved every minute going forward. Last year, I booked a session with Santa instead of trying to just throw them on his lap for a picture. Gracie did awesome and ended up LOVING him. Katherine not so much, but maybe this year:)
