A super busy weekend!

This is Anna just before her Friday night gymnastics/baton performance.
Getting ready to show off her cart wheel!
Keep those toes pointed!

What a doll!

Beautiful form.

Groovin' to the music!

Beach babes!

Some of our baton skills.

Doing the bicycle with the baton!

Everything went great Friday night and here's the girls ride to the truck! He's in some kind of trouble when #3 gets here!
Then came Saturday's dance performance which included tap and ballet.
Here is Anna proudly displaying her box for her jack-in-the-box routine! We worked very hard decorating this box.
Anna says this is called a tasse' up, I have no idea how this is actually spelled?!? I think it is pretty though!

The show girl and our future show girl. Emily will start ballet this next season!

Shake it, girl!

She was having a blast!

We really need the sound to give these dance moves justice!

Taaadaaaa!

This was part of the finale! They sang boogie piggy!
And then the tear jerker for me............

Look at how grown my baby looks at her pre-school graduation. This is her with her teacher Mrs. Brandy.

My two princesses!

All decked out in cap and gown!

Anna entering the auditorium for her graduation ceremony!

They sang the cutest songs. They have all learned so much and came a very long way!
And Anna sang her 1st solo with her very own audience and mic! She looked like a natural born singer. I have had many people tell me they loved the way Anna sang. I hadn't any clue she could sing so well until I sat there and listened to her. She is constantly singing around here but I guess I haven't heard her be serious about it. I guess if she keeps on dancing and singing she will be my Ms. Broadway!

Here she is singing one small voice. She sang 1st verse alone and then they had to kill her mic so the rest of the class could join in! We videoed her singing and when we get a cord that will work to hook our camera up to the p.c. I will definitely put it on here!

Anna receiving her diploma!

All of us together before heading to enjoy the refreshments!

The girls with granny Wilson.
AND FINALLY WHAT I HAVE PROMISED EVERYONE......

a profile shot of me at 13 weeks pregnant. I had an ultrasound done at 12 weeks that I just remembered! I will do a separate post to show it. The baby wouldn't cooperate with the doctor and let him hear it's heartbeat with the doppler pen. Everything was fine and the tech said the baby was too active for the pen to pick it up.

I hope everyone had a great Mother's day! Mine was great because we spent it together. We just took a break from the craziness of the dance recital and recuperated for the graduation ceremony! I am sorry for such a long post! Just think if I had remembered the ultrasound it would have been longer! We are so proud of Anna and the accomplishments that she has made this year. Congratulations Anna!!! We love you!!!

  2. I think you definitely have a star on your hands! Anna Grace looked beautiful at her recital and was awesome at "gradulations" as Anniston says. (Maybe she'll get some speech therapy next year! LOL) Love the blog!

  4. Ginger, you have a beautiful family!! It brought tears to my eyes, seeing my second cousins growing up so fast! I really want all of the family to get together. Each and every day, losing grandma comes back to me. I wish I was a little older when she passed away so I could of understand it more. Gosh I miss her more and more each day. Within the past 8 months my Poppie passed away ( mom's dad) even though we werent close at all, it was the end of my grandparents and I just wish I could go back in time and spend every second with Grandma. =[ just had to get it off my chest, rather talk to you about it then mom or dad

  5. I love the costumes! That all looks like lots of fun! I remember when Amy and Kimberly were doing all of that about Anna's age. I can still see them in their too-too's. How funny!

Glad everything is going well with the pregnancy. It won't be much longer til' you find out which little angel your gonna have! Exciting!!!
