Our 1st ultrasound of our new baby!!!

Here's our baby's 1st ultrasound! I am 8 weeks pregnant today and am feeling fairly good. I have been quite tired but other than that NO SICKNESS:)!! YAY!!! The doctor said the baby looks good and the heart rate was 156. We tried to research and see what the girls heart rate was and the tech didn't record the number. I think it was in this same range. This baby chose a different spot to land. I was surprised to see it wasn't lying at the bottom of my uterus because that is where both girls were. Naturally that is where I was focused before the picture was clear and I kind of got worried until I looked up and saw him/her there on the side. Just thought I would share this with everyone! Around the 19 week mark is when my doctor does the ultrasound to determine the sex and I am counting down the days!!

  1. How FUN!!!!!!! I'm glad to hear that you were able to hear the heartbeat! I loved that first ultrasound-- so wonderful to hear that herd of horses galloping! Don't you want your 3rd baby to be a surprise?!? LOL!

  3. I love thinking back to that first ultrasound...actually, it was bittersweet because the first ultrasound I had was because they couldn't find C's heartbeat-VERY SCARY, but we were able to "see it" on the screen!!! So glad Baby Wilson is hanging in there and not making Mommy sick:)

  6. AWWW.....how sweet!!! Isn't it amazing the miracle of life that God performs inside our womb? I experienced A LOT of sickness with both of the boys but I'd do it ALL over again in a heartbeat--just not anytime soon!!!

Glad to know that you are feeling well and I'll continue to lift you and baby(boy)Wilson up in my prayers--I have a feeling it is a boy.:) Either way, as long as it is healthy that's all that matters, right?
