We decided to go curly on Friday! This is the girls before bed on Thursday night.......and.........
Here they are on Friday morning with their beautiful, bouncy, curly hair!
Too cute for words!!I have done this with Anna before and tried it with Emily, but this is the first time that Emily didn't take hers out before going to sleep. I think she will leave them in from now on because she was so excited! Emily woke up first and I took out the curlers for her to see and she was so excited that she ran to Anna's room saying lets see Anna's too. They kept playing with each others hair and watching the curls bounce as they are pulled!! Just some girly fun that I wanted to share!
I love that last picture. Their hair looks so cute like that, but they look just about as cute with the curlers in!!

ReplyDeleteWOW...that is some pretty hair!!! I remember Mother putting sponge rollers in my and my sister's hair, but really had not thought about it until I saw your pictures. Thanks for bringing back some really "girly fun" memories!!!
ReplyDeleteI was going to say the same thing Shonna said. I remember those old pink sponge rollers that itched my scalp to no end. But I guess our mama's wanted us to be pretty! You've got two pretty little angels. They look like they're having so much fun together. Enjoy the days!!
