We worked on getting our tree up this afternoon. Me and my little elves worked very hard to finish the tree decorating. They seem to think the faster we get everything decorated the quicker Santa will get here.
They have to make sure everything is in the perfect place. Or at least as soon as Anna is satisfied on how it looks, little Ms busy body (Emily) comes along and moves something around! I think Anna is going to make a good christmas tree guard.
And here is what we got so far!!I promise I will straighten the tree skirt, I now see how messed up it looks!
I have gotten some of my Christmas shopping done, but I am nowhere near finished! This year Anna wants her own T.V. and a digital camera. Emily says she wants a tinkerbell doll and a baby. She is so easy to please. I am very good at reminding them each day that Santa is watching to see if they are good little girls and listening to their parents!!
How much fun are little helpers? We had a little helper this year hanging ornaments. You could tell where Ty hung his ornaments. They were all in one little wad. He was so funny. Would we want it any other way?
ReplyDeleteI had 3 little helpers at 10:00 Friday night after Aiden went to bed. Aiden loves the tree and I'm already to take it down.
ReplyDeleteThe tree looks GREAT!! What great decoraters you all are! Sounds like both girls know exactly what they want so that's good. I have actually gotten almost ALL of my shopping done which is very rare for me!!

ReplyDeleteHow much fun! Caroline tried helping us, but most of our lights were out. When Jamey got back from getting more, Caroline had already gone to sleep...maybe next year.
