Anna's 1st Field Trip!

It was such a beautiful day! Anna had her 1st field trip today and we all went to enjoy it. We started the day with riding horses(boy did Anna love that), then we made a monster at the craft table and got face paintings. Both girls wanted pumpkins on their faces. We then made our way over to the petting area. There was a pig and 3 goats, only one of the goats would interact. He got a little carried away and wanted to eat Emily's hair. Of course she didn't appreciate that one bit, but we thought it was hilarious! We all met at the big oak tree for story time and some fun songs.After that fun came the hayride and the scavenger hunt thru the woods. We found all sorts of colorful leaves, sticks and berries. The girls had so much fun playing on the blow up jumpee and playing toss the bean bag games. They got to pick out a pumpkin to take home, one more to add to our collection! We ended the morning with a picnic lunch out in the field. It was all very nice, the nicest part of it was we were not rushed and was able to take our time and enjoy ourselves. AND THAT IS JUST WHAT WE DID!!
